Careers Education, Information, Advice, and Guidance (CEIAG) helps you develop the knowledge and skills you need to make successful choices, manage your transition into learning, and move into work.
During your first discussions with our Recruitment Team you will talk about your interests, career goals, and aspirations. This will mean our team can give you the best advice on the right next steps for you. This could involve signposting you to alternative organisations.
If you choose to complete a programme with us, we will support you along the way throughout your entire journey. You will also be able to access CEIAG when you come to the end of your programme or after you have completed, should you need support in progressing further with your career.
Visits and Progress Reviews
During your visits and reviews, your skills tutor will discuss your progress and your career goals and aspirations. These may change as you progress throughout your programme or you may continue to strive for the same goals you set at the beginning, either way, your skills tutor will provide you with clear information on progression and wider opportunities available.
Many of our skills tutors have come from industry, however, all skills tutors spend at least one day in industry every year to ensure that they remain up to date with industry standards and expectations. This means they can share their knowledge and experience with you.
