We are looking forward to attending 100% Optical at the ExCeL, London in February 2024, to meet businesses from across the optical spectrum and discuss how they can harness the power of apprenticeships to catapult them to the next stage of their development. 

We have 30 years experience of delivering high class apprenticeships to learners across England and employ FBDO qualified tutors that are still practicing Dispensing Opticians. This ensures that our apprentices are receiving not only high quality training, but also support to have a deep understanding of the industry they are working in. 

We have a 100% distinction rate for our optical apprenticeships, so businesses can be sure any apprentice that is recruited through us will be of the highest calibre. 

We know that optical businesses require a range of skills to support their growth. We have courses that support leadership and management and offers apprenticeships in those areas, which can be used to upskill existing staff. This allows businesses to retain essential skills and experience, and create effective succession plans.
